Colts Receiver Keenan Allen Poised for Full Workload in Week 7

October 23, 2026 - 18:36

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen appears ready to return to a normal role for the team's Week 7 matchup after logging consecutive full practices. The veteran pass catcher has been managing a back issue that limited him in recent weeks, but his participation level suggests the team expects him to be a full participant on game day.

Allen's presence on the practice field without restrictions is a positive sign for an Indianapolis offense that has leaned on him in key situations. His route running and reliable hands have made him a trusted target, and getting him back at full speed gives the passing game more flexibility against opposing secondaries.

The Colts have been cautious with Allen's workload, but back-to-back full sessions indicate the training staff is comfortable with his progress. Coaches have not indicated any snap count limitations, which points to a return to his usual role rather than a reduced package.

Fantasy managers and bettors alike have monitored Allen's status closely, as his availability affects the ceiling of the entire passing attack. With the back issue seemingly behind him, Allen should resume his spot as a primary option in the offense for Week 7.
