Chargers Receiver Tre' Harris Sidelined by Hamstring Injury

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Tre' Harris will sit out the team's Week 6 matchup as he deals with a hamstring issue, the team confirmed. The injury will keep him off the field for at least one game, leaving the Chargers without one of their depth options in the passing game.

Harris has been working to carve out a role in the offense this season. His absence creates an opening for other receivers to step up and take on additional snaps. Coaches will likely lean on the remaining members of the receiving corps to fill the gap while Harris recovers.

Hamstring injuries can be tricky, and the team has not offered a specific timeline for his return beyond the initial diagnosis. Medical staff will monitor his progress in the coming days and weeks before deciding when he can resume practice.

The Chargers are already managing several injuries across the roster, so losing Harris adds another layer of difficulty as the season moves forward. The next game will test the team's depth and force adjustments in the game plan.

Harris is expected to focus on rehabilitation with the training staff. A return date will depend on how quickly he heals and whether he can pass the necessary physical benchmarks before rejoining the lineup.
